Andrew McCubbin
Andrew founded Music (in)Tuition because he wanted to impart his and other teachers' knowledge in an easy to digest, accessible way. He wanted people to learn what was relevant to them to encourage a process of self motivation in students. He wanted to take all the unproductive approaches of some of his own teachers when he was a student and turn these around so that other students could learn music in a more relevant environment. He wanted to take the positive experiences he'd had as a student and expand on these.
Andrew has nearly 30 years experience offering tuition in guitar, singing, piano and songwriting in private tutorial formats as well as group session courses.
He also designs, lectures and runs courses at Centre for Adult Education (CAE) and Northern Metropolitan Institute of Tafe (NMIT)
